How did You know Ikimonogakari?

^ nice start to find interest in ikimono gakari.

well I saw their name on the internet and other forums and I thought "huh, ikimono...what? what a weird name." but then that name like followed me around EVERYWHERE I looked so I eventually type it in (spelling it wrong like 50 times--like ikimino gatari --until I finally got to their album Sakura Saku Machi Monogatari. I downloaded that and I was floored there's been no looking back for me ever since.

I first heard of them through the Bleach anime (HANABI). What really got me interested in them was Blue Bird and Hotaru no Hikari from Naruto Shippuuden and thus, every other Iki song is now playing through my com right now.

Even I never watch Bleach, but I like to downlod anime OST pv. so when I watch Hanabi pv, I immediately fall in love with Kiyoe chan in first sight

how did I know them??ummm... It's bcoz hardian46 "introduced"me and finally "show me the way"to this forum,:-).. I asked him 4 j-band song,also j-drama's soundtrack album,than he gave me the album of iki. .I began felt in love with them. .I never be bored listen their music..Rock iki!! love ya all

how did i know them????... that is because of may friend he impluence me to become interest in jap band, he showed me blue bird but nothing..




but when i heared kimagure romantic, i`ve seen her how she`s kawaii that makes me interesting in this band..

I'm really not sure, but I guess it was because of anime. I heard them on Bleach and on Naruto and then on Naruto again and I though to myself "Wait a second, three great songs like these is too much of a coincidence. They must really be good." so I searched the internet for their discography and realized I was right, they really were good. ^^

I found about them by watching the naruto opening hotaru no hikari. I remember I was washing dishes and my brother calls me and shows me the opening. I fell in love with it. Then I started watching naruto too. I did not understand why my brother loved naruto so much until I saw it too! It's awesome! Now I have every album and single except the indie ones I want to have them all

Hmmm..... I'm know from Naruto Shippuden opening..... namely....BLUEBIRD!! And....... first I heard this song I think.... This song very nice to hear...
and since I know Hanabi is Ikimono Gakari song too..., i'm start to finding who is IKIMONO GAKARI?? and I'm Start too............ for Loving IKIMONO GAKARI........

I've created such a poll in my IG group on russian site and I wasn't surprised to find out that /almost/ absolutely everyone who knows Iki in Russia first heard them in anime.
But not me lol. My bf likes them a lot and he's well-listened to j-rock and he sent me the YELL PV. That's how I started liking them.

at first i know their name bcz my idol *Massu* like their song *YELL* but i don't have any interest to search about it,i left it,then i forgot about it
then one day in my local TV channel,their Blue Bird PV played there,i think "woah,her voice is really something,it great!" but i forgot to remember the band name & the name of the song

then when i was going to my japanese course,before the class began,i n my sensei have a little chat while she listening to song,the song that she played is Blue Bird~
after that i searched about their songs n then i fell in love with them~

i found ikimonogakari from naruto's opening song blue bird, first i didn't really interested about the song, but one day i watched naruto shippuden by the non-original dvd i got, i saw the ikimonogakari commercial about the song, blue bird, and i saw the vocalist, t thought "wow, the vocalist is beautiful(had crush on her black long hair), and her voices obviously very good!!" and i began to like ikimonogakari.. ^^

yoroshiku onegaisimasu ...

i am a YUI-Lover, and in every forum and YUI fansite i happen to know that many YL is IG fans too ...
so i start to search their songs... 1st is YELL....

at first i though, ok, good song , just like that ...

but then 3 days ago i decide to dig deeper to IG and i found YELL have very deep and beautiful meaning ....
... then i start to look for other songs and love their masterpiece ballads like Kaeritaku Nattayo and Nostalgia... And their upbeat song like Joyful is cool ...
and i cant stop now ...

^great, though you haven't heard enough...keep it up and explore their music!
