Hmm.... I still dont get it which is the right title Nirinka or Nirin Hana

^ On the official website of Ikimono, in the discography the song is listed as "二輪花 (ニリンカ)" Kanji + (pronunciation in katakana).

That's because "花" could be read as:
(か) Ka in Katakana
(け) Ke in Hiragana
Hana and Hanayagu as Kanji
