He describes each member of the group. At first he sang that they were just a little band playing in the streets but now they are one of the most succesful/popular artist in Japan.
Then he said that the first time they were on Kohaku Kiyoe wore a t-shirt and there must be something else but I didn't really understand.
Then he describes each member.

For Kiyoe: Looks like her nickname is Kiko. And their was something with E.T. but sorry I didn't understand.

For Leader: Leader confessed 5 times to a girl but got rejected the 5 times and there's something about the staff members. Then Amemiya said that Leader is a big fan of the baseball team and he got a autograph of the trainer of the team.

For Hocci: I don't quite remember but he was saving money for a certain time.

Sorry I couldn't translate completely and in details but this is what I've understand.
