I remember there was a discussion about this before, just cant find the thread. I already noticed that years ago and she's still doing it even though she's more feminine now unlike before which was boyish.

Just a simple explanation, its part of her mannerism that's why she does it, maybe to amplify her singing, or whatever reason it is.
