Japanese to English online translator

Does anybody know any jap.-eng. online translator that really works? Coz I have been trying many but they all don't translate all the words..

theres a lot of online translator that you can use...but its only for kanji...i haven't seen any translator or software that translates romaji to english...its always kanji, katakana or hiragana for that matter...

for me what i did was...since im using firefox as my browser...i downloaded foxlingo toolbar from the firefox site...once you download it...it'll give you a lot of online translator sites that you can use to translate a word...you can use 2-3 diff. sites and compare them if it will match...you can even just simply ask or search the definition or translation in yahoo or google...normally i do that and im getting the answers...see what matters most is that you get the gist of the phrase or the sentence.

a Japanese-Filipino-Japanese Dictionary is a great help as well and a must have.

*to answer your question - no...not a single translator will give you a 100% accurate translation..a word maybe, but not the whole sentence or paragraph. Just like trying to translate english in tagalog...you'll just end up laughing with what the result will give you...hehe

but it will just translate a word...just type the word in the search bar

...or if you want to translate a word while you browse. install the Firefox addon rikaichan or the Chrome extension rikaikun. Just turn it on and hover your mouse over Japanese characters (ひらがな, カタカナ or 漢字).
