URGENT!! All Member plz comment

OK this was shocking news seems we must shut down our download section before 31st July or our forum will get deleted i don't know what happen here and i need your feedback As soon as possible

OMG! what the hell!! Are we really gonna delete the download section?! can't anything be done?!

Can we temporarily shutdown the forum till we find the solution for this problem...Its better to temporarily disable our forum rather than being permanently deleted....

We could possibly hide that section for registered members only or, even better and I've seen that many times before, only users with a certain amount of posts (>20 or so) can see that section. Would you be able to do that?

Guys i think i have some plan can you guys help me with removing link?? i think better to remove all link than to delete the sub forum itself and maybe we can do by PM or something else with the link its not infringement if we dont post any link just title or some screenshoot i think it will be OK for non iki download its better to delete that maybe rather than delete every link, i choose to delete link instead of sub forum because i think thats the way we can preserve title that we had now so in later time we can find it again on google ^^

It can be done, even though many files might get lost since the ones who shared them are not active anymore. But yes maybe if you want the file, you just comment in the thread and then the uploader PMs you the link.
So Dnee hiding the subforum doesn't seem like an option?

i have hide the subforum but i dont know if that solved the problem i still think a way that we can do as win win solution i will keep you informed thanks

hmmm how about backing up the link?? it is hard to do?? because its alot of file we had in here if you had time you can start anytime ^^

Well, closing the download section is a must for the good of the rest of the forum. Even so, we could and probably should, save all the links available in a text file (we could follow the download index), though I don't think we have that much time... =/
If we gather the links, however, there are web services like FreeTextHost that let you post links online like on a text file and we could use it as an intermediary.

I suggest we split so that different persons keep different links? Is that possible? For instance I'm starting with singles and albums, I think it's the most important. Unfortunately I'm leaving tomorrow, but I'll see what I can do. Oh and recent performances as well, the autumn tour and since then. Ok?

Agree...I will backup their stage performances....Dnee, is it possible I do it tonite? Or you want to do it asap?

I still have my Mediafire and Multiupload accounts so I don't think we need to worry about those, though it could be a mess to organize them.

Also, we can share files through .txt
I mean we can put the link at .txt
So, people who want to download the file they should download. txt first

^I think he means like some people do in forums where they post the link not to the media itself but to a text file since sharing text files isn't prohibited. After opening the text file however, one has access to the link with the video.

Oh and when I said we didn't have time I thought we only had 8 hours, now I see we have 8 days so it's all good.

Im sorry guys, I just feel terrified about this news...Hahaha....

anyway I've finished albums, singlies, indies and all performances that were on download index after and including Ikimonogakari no minnasan Konnitsua.
Maybe tonight I'll do some more.

And there's a good side to everything - guess what - half the singles are not available anymore, the links are invalid. So I'll just reupload them. Not tonight though.
