J-Wave's Tokio Hot 100 Award

Ok guys, new nomination for Ikimono Gakari. I already posted in the shoutbox that Iki's song Ima Hashiridaseba took 5th place on Recochoku users poll about which song they think best motivates a student taking exams, now this time they are nominated for "Best Group" by J-Wave's Tokio Hot 100 Award.

Hmm...I don't know that the lyrics mean.But I love it. Very Happy

When we mention to best motivates a student taking exams,I think about YUI's Gloria.Because it's PV.

Yea... that's right,I think Ima Hashiridaseba is a great song for motivating student or anyone else who need a good spirit for taking some test.

ARASHI won the top spot with their song “Sakura Sake,” a song whose title closely resembles the word for success on exams (sakurasaki). This is the second year in a row that the 2005 single has come in at number one, most likely because the positive lyrics describing spring and cherry blossoms – which normally mark graduation time – are helpful to students who need a little motivation to get through the difficulties of exam preparation.”

Ikimonogakari has already came out with a song Kokoro no Hana wo Sakaseyou which also used flower as metaphor...but, why people did not recognized it? Why arashi?

Kobukuro’s song YELL

Why yell? The first "yell" is from them (ikimonogakari), but they did not win the best song. But, when the "duplicate" yell came out, they totally beat ikimonogakari...,at the end of the day, Ima Hashiridaseba took the 5th place tough they deserved at least 2nd or 3rd place ( due to inability to beat the most popular-only group)

I just voice out my opinion because they did a very good job all this while yet it is hard for them to beat those "popular-only" group.... J-Wave's Tokio Hot 100 Award 13447

Well, at least they made it to the top 5! I'm really disappointed coz Ima Hashiri Daseba is really a great song! I don't know the meaning of this song yet but when I do, I'll use it as inspiration in our coming final exams!
